Long Distance Baby Shower FAQs

You got this invitation about a "Long-Distance Baby Shower"? What the heck is that?  Well, you've come to the right place! Here we will answer the most common questions about how a long-distance or "virtual" baby shower works.
Feel free to post any additional questions you may have in the comment box below.

Why A Virtual Baby Shower?
~Since many of the mother-to-be's friends and family are scattered all across the country, this is a way for everyone to show their support to Kaitlyn and her little bundle of joy.

How does a Virtual Baby Shower work?
~Kaitlyn has provided the registry information and list of wanted items. You pick a gift and either bring it in person to the Traditional (real-life) shower (if you're local to Southern Cali or plan to travel to the shower), or have it shipped prior to the shower date. The hostesses will be taking photos and videos during the shower and we will also provide a Zoom link so you can tune in to see all the LIVE fun! After the shower, a link will be posted on this page with a video/pics of Kaitlyn opening your gift! That way you can see her reactions as if you were there in person!! How cool is that?!

Where should I send my gift?
Kaitlyn Wolf
25582 Spinnaker Drive
San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675-4018

When should I send my gift?
~The shower date is January 8, but we would prefer to have all gifts received no later than January 6 to ensure we have enough time to prepare for the party.

Should I send my gift wrapped?
~Gifts can be either wrapped or unwrapped. Any unwrapped gifts will be wrapped by the hostess prior to the shower so Kaitlyn can have all the fun of tearing into pretty paper!

Is my significant other invited to the shower?
~YES! This is a co-ed shower and all genders are welcome!

I can't make it to the shower. I'd love to send a gift, but won't I be missing out on all the fun since I won't be there in person?
~We're sorry you won't be able to make it here in person, but don't worry, we'll try to make it fun for you anyway! You can participate in the shower games online and you will still receive a party favor if you send a gift. We will also have a LIVE Zoom link available for you to pop in and watch all of the fun!
